Good customer service and great mechanics second year going to them highly satisfied again

I let someone that was not a licensed mechanic work on my car. They did not know what they where doing and left my car in a non drivable condition. I called GNR AUTOMAX and explained my situation, they told me to have my suv towed to them and they would check it out. They called me and let me know what needed to be fixed and even quoted me a price. I got the call to come pick my suv up, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. The guys made sure I was satisfied before leaving the shop, we even test drove the car and made a minor adjustment. I never thought I could trust a mechanic like I can with these guys. It’s hard for women to not get taken advantage of for lack of knowledge in this line of business, but these guys aren’t like that. The quality of work speaks for itself. The time and effort. The fact that they don’t sell you things that you don’t need, or make you waste your money. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and it’s not just for a paycheck. If I had extra money I swear I would have tipped them. I am a new customer but now I will always be a returning customer. Thank you guys. My car drives better than it ever did before. Your expertise was wonderful and greatly appreciated. I will be seeing you guys again soon one day.

I've been dealing with GNR for almost two years. They've taken care of numerous issues for me on all of my cars and it’s always quickly, always high quality, and always at a great value. Everybody I've sent there has also been more than pleased. Finding a good quality mechanic shop with honest mechanics is hard to come by. Dropped my car off at the recommendation of a patient I work with. I was having battery drainage issues to the point that I had replaced the battery twice within the last year and I'm out of jumps with AAA. The techs were very helpful, got me in right away, and worked diligently for 2 days trying to figure out what was causing the issue. They kept me informed about what they were doing and I felt extremely comfortable with the work they did. My car runs great now and I will use GNR again if I have any other car issues.

Literally the best car repair shop I have ever been to. They are incredibly fair with the price and always do a good job. They always get my car back to me quickly and are such kind people. Highly recommend.
