John and Mark were awesome to deal with. They called to confirm arrival time, so I wasn’t wasting my time waiting for them. Showed up when they said, evaluated the situation, advised me as to how the process works, and got right to work. I didn’t think the carpet was salvageable, it was old, high traffic and dirty, however John and Mark were able to return the carpet in all 4 rooms to that like new condition. Can not be happier with the service, John and Mark went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I’m giving this team a five star rating for strong customer interaction, professionalism, and great work ethic. Thanks again guys…

They got me in quickly and did an awesome job! Honestly I did not know if our carpets could be saved (our house had been a rental before we bought it), but they look awesome! They were quick, professional, on time, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
