I spent a lot of time researching and reading reviews before I opted to give this shop a try. I'm tired of being ripped off by mechanics that think I'm ignorant. Some shops you'd go in for an oil change and leave with a $700 bill for two new idler arms! (Talking about you Midas!) Or they would purposely sabotage their work forcing you to return a few days later. I've even picked up my car to see the engine light on that wasn't on prior to dropping it off! (Talking about you Ford & Wayne Auto!) So I decided to try a new place and they did not let me down.
Story:
I needed a transmission for my 2002 Grand Marquis. Not only did they give me a great deal on a used transmission but they didn't try to force me into buying $100 hubcap screws and muffler bearings like most places! They worked hard over the weekend and in less than three days my car runs great! I only paid about half of what I was expecting to pay too which is way more than what I would expect based on my previous experiences with other shops. Sometimes these small repair shops are the best because the business is more personal. They're trying to grow their business so they aim to please. So I'd suggest for others to give them a chance.
