“I had my first appt today to meet my new doc and establish as a new patient at this facility. The facility was nice, clean and comfortable. I was immediately checked in. My wait was maybe 5 mins until they brought me in. Once in the room, my health history and basic vitals were immediately collected. Followed by maybe a 5 minute wait until the doc came in. She collected a more extended health history. Addressed all my questions, physically examined me and we made a plan for some needed testing. I was not rushed out. I found each and every staff person that I interacted with to be professional and pleasant from check in to check out and everyone in between. How refreshing, my past experiences at other facilities were night and day in comparison.”
