“I went to an O'Reilly by my house last night to pick up new winter blades for my car. I was going to have my mechanic put them on today. When I was getting an oil change. Well my mechanic couldn't figure it out. 🙄. (No comment) So I headed to work and stopped by this O'Reilly. My mechanic thought the blades didn't come with the right adapter. Well I spoke to the man behind the counter. He told me to pull my car up to the front of the store. He came out to put them on. He showed me how the take off the old blades and choose the right adapter. That came with the blades. Then showed me how to install them. My mechanic had bent the wiper arm. He went inside and grabbed some pliers to fix it. This guy was so nice and helpful. So I highly recommend this location and O'Reilly. They've gone above and beyond to help me before. Thanks guys. “GREAT COLLISION SHOP, I’ve been twice in the past year. One time I had body work done, they did not bill my insurance (at my request.) The price was good, the work was great. I dealt with the owner; he is a clear communicator. He was willing to do a perfect “like new” job if I wanted but I preferred to have him buff/ smooth rather than replace light covers etc. The finished work was excellent. They are fast & go the extra mile, washed the vehicle & detailed the inside when finished. Similarly, excellent service the second time I went (just got the car back yesterday.) This one required more replacement parts and we went with insurance coverage. Again, he was clear about the work being done, timeline, etc. (Even gave me a ride to work nearby when I dropped off the vehicle so they could get to the repairs quicker.) waived the deductible. Pricing, quality, professionalism, speed, are all fantastic. I recommend The Collision Shop for any body work, an excellent place to work with.”

Those were applied and BOTH came off, which he said had never happened before with other buyers. Bob gave me a full refund, although I did love those covers on my Soul.
