The Crash Champions establishment in New Lenox Illinois and Plainfield Illinois done an amazing job on my truck from a buck trying to hitch a ride on my front end day before Thanksgiving 2021 now I’m home in Michigan and I might take my truck here for repairs because of a clown reversing to fast at wewe hrs of the morning and hit my truck on the run .. hope this location will be just as good or even better than the other locations.. “The rave reviews are real! I hope this place stays in business forever! If more places like this existed it would be amazing. Someone had hit my car and at first I was concerned when I called and only got the answering machine but if you need to speak with someone it’s one of the last options. I was able to do the estimate online by sending them pictures and they are busy since they are really good so they did give me a time frame of being able to actually do the job in a month. Once they received the part they called me and the job was complete in 2 days! I was so impressed. Some of the other nice things to see were the area when you drive in is nice and clean and the office space seems organized. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and respectful and seemed to care about making it a good experience for you. Overall, I would not hesitate to bring a car here again but hopefully I never need to.”

“Bottom line up front: Sam and his colleagues are bar none the most honest, reliable, and dependable individuals you’ll ever work with. I’ll be taking all my cars here from here on out. Context: After learning that my wife car’s brakes were no longer working, she had taken it to a mechanic who quoted her an absurd price. I got a hold of Sam here at Ram’s, to whom I explained my predicament. He agreed that the price she was being quoted was ludicrous and would work to help me out. He was understanding of how worried I was, being that this was my wife’s car after all. Sam went above and beyond to accommodate my car’s needs. Where the previous auto shop quoted me a seven day wait period minimum before even starting on it, Sam and his team got me my car back within 48 hours. His team quoted me half the price of what the other shop wanted. Moreover, he kept me updated on when my car would be available. The car ran like new. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, won’t oversell, and will treat you like family, this is it. I say this having to drive almost 45 mins out of my way to get here.”

“I took advantage of the Groupon on Synthetic Blend Oil. I was feeling leery because first I'm a woman and car shops are notorious for trying to take advantage of us. Then two, I read some of the poor reviews. It was after I bought the Groupon so I went on to the shop. The guys truly took their time explaining the process. They showed me the dip stick before and after. They also topped off all of my fluids. Offered me a punch card. The manager even let me know that if I need additional top offs it's free of charge. He said I can come in anytime. They even helped me reset my oil indicator light. What a wonderful first time experience! I will definitely be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car.
