“Excellent service, 5 star and above. I wanted to get this android bluetooth stereo installed in my car. I brought it elsewhere, along with the double din kit and a wire harness. This shop worked with me. Great customer service. So happy I discovered Detroit sound station !!! I came up there Friday at 925am, waited patiently, they where done 1250pm. They tested out the audio, the guy told me the audio was great, he told me where the gps and usb connector was located, and gave me a receipt. I will only recommend this place. I tested it myself, they installed it excellent, looks firm and in place. Everything functions brilliantly with ease, love it. I went thru loops beforehand. I went to Mickey shorrs. They told me they cant do it, didn't have brackets, kit too big, the stereo will fall back, its low quality, just wow. Went to abc Warehouse, they said they cant do it. Dude told me they dont work with third party products. Tried to advise me to buy their stereos instead. Other shops, booked for weeks and months. Never take no for an answer. Go to this shop, they are good at what they do!!! July, 23, 2021”

I had received a quote from a Subaru dealership for this work that was several hundred $$ more than what Hal quoted me. I am a senior on a fixed income and I really appreciated their pricing for the same work. They even took a bit more off because I was able to use one of their coupons. The office staff was kind & explained all that needed to be done very clearly. I received communication by text & direct phone call about the progress of the work and pick up time. “When I couldnt find a local Ford specialist in the Cleveland area, I decided to drive my Ford Flex the 4 hours one way to this shop in Livonia Michigan. Jeff was recommended by a member of a Flex Facebook group that I belong to. I wanted to assure that I would have my Flex for hopefully the next 10 years by having some major preventiative work done. Not only was that BIG job done but Jeff also did several other smaller items for me and as he was test driving, found a problem with the vehicles struts and fixed those too! I left it there for a week for them to be able to have time to get the work done and they didnt disappoint! I picked my car up today and couldnt be happy with the drive and her performance driving back to Cleveland! Thanks Jeff and Crew!”
