This is a service where you bow when Jesus name is said..still do the sign of the cross since left behind. Would be compared to Catholic,however,in reality..its the old German when transitioned from Catholic. When I cover my head..it will freak some people out but in the old days growing up..my great grandma and women of the church always covered their heads and its actually in the bible to do so..I had heard some people left because of it but THEY.. are just..not..Martin Luther..Lutherans!! Sing German at Christmas and I will drive 30 miles!!”

“St. Paul Christian Preschool has been (and continues to be) such an overwhelming blessing to my family! Under the directorship of an outstanding servant leader, I personally witness on an ongoing basis teachers going above and beyond the academic needs of the children...and their families. The staff (at all levels) embodies the love of Christ and takes very seriously being the hands and feet of Jesus to the children & families they serve! On any given day, it is not uncommon to find a preschool staff member laughing, crying and/or praying (even delivering a prepared meal...) with a family member walking through a season of life that requires love & support. I consider it a blessing to now have had 2 children be a part of this program and with a full heart look forward to our youngest beginning the program within the next couple of years! :)”

I was born and raised Muslim, 10 years ago I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, so I ended up taking the RCIA program there with Jodi Ann (who is AMAZING) and my daughter and I ended up getting Baptized there 2 years ago at the Easter Vigil by Father David. Divine Child is home and all the Pastors are amazing.. Father Bob is my favorite, I love that he loves taking selfies! Both pastors have been amazing. I love going and getting guilt knowing it god speaking through them to me. No the guilt sucks but I know why I feel it. If you need a prayer, here is where you come. “This Church on Petoskey was one in which our Mother was a member after we moved to 9370 North Martindale St. Detroit , Michigan. Sad to say they(Detroit) demolished home 😰 So many years after we all were grown and moved away.The memories are Precious!.I was there from 1960-1971when I married at 18. Very proud of our Mother 34 years old took excellent care of us after our dad passed away.Sometimes it was a struggle but she made ends meet with God's help! and for this I give Him praise.”
