“I stopped by this particular Rite Aid because the one closest to me was out of stock of a certain item. At first, I couldn't locate what I needed. Then one of the sales clerks asked me if I needed help. Long story short, the item was not on the shelf and she told me she'll check in the back. Great news, the clerk located the item for me. I asked for her manager's name because of the exceptional customer service. She humbly replied with a smile, "my name is Michelle". Michelle is the manager. Wow, she went the extra mile just to help me. I appreciate her keen attention to her customer's needs. She is truly a gem and displays the right personality for such a busy, inter-city store. 💎”

“I stopped in to have some work done to my 2018 Honda CRV and spoke with Nat and Ali. Both of them were super informative on what was going on with my Vehicle and took their time explaining why and what was needed after lifting my truck. Nat gave me a very reasonable deal after shopping around and I could be more satisfied with their work. When the truck was complete the next day they pulled the truck back into the bay and showed me the two parts that were replaced, along with showing me the old parts (which I believe is super important for people to do in their industry to do) since there are a lot of dishonest people in this business, unfortunately?! I would highly recommend going and seeing Nat and Ali for any mechanical needs. Honesty is the best policy 🙏🏼🔧🚘🧰🔨”
