My go to is the spicy chicken bowl (you can get it without the spice). So filling! Can sub the rice for quinoa if I want to make it lighter and they have a range of sauces if you’re not a fan of the one that’s recommended. Not only is it a healthy option, but—their customer service is 10/10. I always call and place an order for the time I want to pick it up and always have an easy, clear response with a correct order I walk out with. I know this sounds like a paid review at this point, but I just really love the convenience, food, and customer service here. Makes my life so much easier and so much more delicious when I’m trying to eat cleaner… Parking is tight. Super clean establishment. Nice staff. Just opened up a juice bar and I’m excited to try”

The salad, hummus, garlic and bread to start already made the cost worth while. The chicken and rice to follow was good as well. The chicken was a bit dry and slightly bland but tasty. The rice was done and not runny. The place looks a little run down but the food makes up for it. I would come again.”

“June 30th, I picked an order made by my family. Order was 4 large pizzas (margarita, pepperoni, BBQ chicken & veggie with beef as an additional topping). All pizza tasted great and fresh. Figured out later that I was mistakenly over charged most likely cause the store was busy the moment I walked in to pick up the order. Went back to the store the other day and explained the issue and they were so cooperative and checked my order versus what was paid and they apologised for this mistaken and offered a refund ad store credit, refund or get something on the spot. I took some sweets. Customer service was superb, staff were so friendly. I don't know what all negative reviews are about and I doubt their fairness. Everything went great, food was great, store was very clean and staff were awesome Keep up the hard work guys.. definitely will be back soon.”

“It was a Tuesday so we said why not?? It was the best decision to go to The Taco Factory after some hectic Christmas shopping with our two year old. Instantly we were greeted to have a seat and the fresh chips and salsa arrived at our table with a friendly smile. The chips were delicious and instantly satisfied our busy two year old. We asked a couple questions that helped our make our order of two steak tacos, one street steak taco, a order of birria tacos and a side of rice. Just what I like, our food came quick and hot! Everything was on point and we we’re actually able to enjoy a meal with our kid and not wait forever for service. Great job Taco Factory !”

“We went here for a birthday dinner. They do have some unique things on the menu. We tried their Mint lemonade slushy. It was very refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day. It was not sugary sweet. I highly recommend it. We had their Reuben egg roll, loaded CBR fries, and tray for 2. The food was delicious. Arrived in reasonable time. The server was pleasant to talk to. “My gate was literally next door so even though I only had about an hour before my flight boarded, I felt comfortable having a sit down meal. My server was great, friendly, and attentive. I ordered a steak with fries and the salad. The salad was delicious and felt very fresh. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was cooked correctly, however, it was leaking juices everywhere. When my plate was brought to me, the fries at the bottom were already getting soggy. I'd recommend putting the fries in a basket or something to prevent that from happening!”
