“Wow peace of mind PRICELESS, Called yesterday new Hot water tank today. Water heater went out Christmas Eve so we boiled water on the stove for baths. Reminded my husband of his visits to Kentucky as a child. But, not enough that he wanted to do it for weeks. Came out within the time frame that they gave me and were done when they said they would be done, quoted me a fair price and stuck to that within $20. I would 110% recommend ABCO to anyone living in a manufactured home. You get what you pay for Quality Care and Customer Service. Not very many owners say " If you have any issues call my cell phone. I tried to find a good coffee shop in Novi, Michigan and found here on google. I checked their insta and looked so goood so I drove my car to here. When my google map said I got to the place, I was surprised that the cafe is inside a church. It was Sunday morning and I was wearing a crazy pattern shirt so I thought it may not be a good idea to go inside, for a moment... But, to get a good coffee! I gave it a try. And now I’m drinking great coffee here in a church. Haha I got a cappuccino first, nice form and good espresso. And after that I got a Ethiopian pourover, it tastes very fruity. You can access to the cafe from the main entrance, door number 1. I will definitely come back.”
