“I usually don’t write reviews but this place definitely deserves it! To make a long story short, I have a Chi baby & originally took him to pet smart for his first grooming appointment and received TERRIBLE service. I was called to pick him up early because of “bad behavior” and a partial haircut and I still had to pay for it. I was very upset until I found this grooming salon, good groomer! From the moment I spoke to the lady to book the appointment to the time the appointment was finished, I was beyond satisfied and felt so relieved that my baby was able to be groomed as he looked ridiculous! The groomer at this place is SO patient and extremely welcoming. My dog was pretty nervous when we came in so the groomer sat with him to make him feel more welcome and comfortable. within an hour and a half, they called to have him picked up and he looked so handsome! He smelled amazing, his haircut was exactly what I wanted, his hair around his ears were perfectly cut, they did an amazing job and accommodated both me and my pup. I am very grateful for how patient they were with my chihuahua and how clean he came home! Thank you to the groomer we were given, you are wonderful and deserve a raise!
