“This is THE best pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. After a nightmare of an experience at my previous pharmacy, involving the coldest, rudest, most unprofessional, unethical treatment over a change in my insurance plan; I found myself in tears at the TLC counter explaining my situation. I was expecting to be turned away and treated like garbage, as I was at the 5 other pharmacies I’d been to earlier that day (mostly big chains). To my surprise, the staff and pharmacist were SO kind and compassionate ❤️! I was a wreck and they were so comforting. They instantly, without hesitation, told me not to worry about a thing. They gave me tissue to dry my eyes, my son a bag of Cheese Puffs and made me a profile instantly. I called all my family’s Doctor’s and had all of our prescriptions transferred to TLC. I can’t thank the staff Sarah, the sweet, young blonde man (forgive me; his name is escaping me), the Pharmacist D.C. and all the other staff for their kindness, compassion and professionalism. It’s so refreshing and rare to find a pharmacy with a staff as wonderful, transparent and honest as the one at TLC! My only regret is not finding them sooner. Truly good-hearted people ❤️❤️❤️! I highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you!”

“I went to an O'Reilly by my house last night to pick up new winter blades for my car. I was going to have my mechanic put them on today. When I was getting an oil change. Well my mechanic couldn't figure it out. 🙄. (No comment) So I headed to work and stopped by this O'Reilly. My mechanic thought the blades didn't come with the right adapter. Well I spoke to the man behind the counter. He told me to pull my car up to the front of the store. He came out to put them on. He showed me how the take off the old blades and choose the right adapter. That came with the blades. Then showed me how to install them. My mechanic had bent the wiper arm. He went inside and grabbed some pliers to fix it. This guy was so nice and helpful. So I highly recommend this location and O'Reilly. They've gone above and beyond to help me before. Thanks guys. I really appreciate you. 👍👍🙂”

“I am absolutely amazed by the work that was done. Frank is so professional and very helpful. He had my car done the very next day I had dropped it off. He replaced my oil pan and one of my tires that had a bubble in it. He offered me rides to get to and from places I needed. Even went so far to make sure I could come pick up my car! By far the best service I have ever received. His business is fast, professional, with exceptional prices and amazing work is done! I wish I could give them 10 stars.”
