“It's difficult to find to trustworthy car shop so when I needed one, I went to google and found Car-Tech. I saw the high amount of positive reviews and boy were they right. There's no appointments but a first come, first serve basis but believe me, you're going to get your car back fast. Before work gets done, they'll call and explain everything and include prices. I never felt forced or pressured. I decided to only fix a few things at the time and hold off on some. About a month later, I brought my car back to fix a problem they had mentioned/found and they even remembered the quote! Seriously, THE BEST shop. Again, super quick turnaround, even apologizing that I didn't get it back sooner. I cannot recommend them enough. (Even my dad who was visiting liked them, so they're dad recommended)”

“Me ,my wife and babies were on 94 heading back home to traverse city mi and our alternator started to go. Luckily we rolled into a business parking lot. I walked in to ask the owner if I could leave my car overnight and come fix when I got new alternator. He said no problem and asked where did I order my alternator from . I said they couldn't get it until the next morning. He made a call and got me the part ordered and offered to put it on for a nominal fee. He let my family sit in office until the job was done. One hour later my car was up and running again. The owner is a great man and I think that's the kind of service that Madco offers anyone who walks in with repair needs. Thanks again Madco for everything. I'm sorry I forgot the owner's name but he looks like Denzel Washington.”
