Both were for rentals after an accident: First time was with my Mom, and Janeá was the lady that helped us, and she was nice, professional and understanding about our situation. Second time was with Joe, and that was by myself. “On 2023-08-18 took our vehicle in for a tire rotation. Was informed they could not rotate the treads were below 4/32 ( in the yellow) headed home, pulled the paper work on the tires, called the tire manufacturer where a case was open for mileage warranty. Back to Sam’s club where Chris in the Tire center verified that the treads were low, called the manufacturer for the we opened and was going to give us a great price on the new tires, but there was an issue. What we were looking for was out of stock and they did not know when they would come in. All in all it was a great experience. Chris did a fantastic job. We did find the tires a another business location that was almost the same price.”
