The staff here are very kind and always seem to be in a positive, helpful mood. “It is important, in opinion, that I give this store a rating because I recently rated one of the other Walgreens, and my experience there was made unpleasant but yet today I shopped at this Walgreens (a different Walgreens than the one I previously rated), and Andrew, the cash register operator and customer service technician, was very friendly. I've also have had a very positive experience with another employee there, her name was Taylor, and she was kind to me when I was not in a good mood, so I think this store deserves 5 stars. I don't use the Pharmacy, I only shop in the store, so my rating is limited to that. The store is clean, the ATM is well away from the cashout lanes, and the staff is respectful. When the store gets busy, they get moving quick, and nobody waits in line very long, this Walgreens as a store, in my opinion, sets a high standard of operation, and I hope it inspires others to improve their operations as well.”

I received a replacement at no cost along with two new boxes of batteries. I have always been impressed with the level of service I received, and as I have now moved believe I will have difficulty finding a hearing services group that will be as user friendly and professional as PHS!
