He was professional and pointed out areas which required attention (wood replacement) and using oil base paint for window sills to provide additional protection. I interviewed five contractors and decided to move forward with Roman . The start date was as he said and his crew arrived and was professional and arrived every day at 8 am and worked full day . Thee Ed home was completed in 4 days and I was very pleased with the results. I had him come back to apply another coat on my front door. His worker came right away and completed the work . I also had Roman provide estimate on my first floor interior. The work was completed in 4 days and the workers really did an excellent job. They prepped the area , patched where necessary, moved the furniture and we’re very neat and cleaned the area after . The job was finished on schedule and looks beautiful!
