“Brief history....I've been at the same company for 37 years and the office supply company we used when I started here in 1983 was Madison Troy Office Supplies, now known as the **absolute best** Office Supply Guys! They've been my/our go to for anything office supply related from paper clips to file cabinets and office chairs. Other furniture hasn't been needed because the desks we have are metal with laminate tops that are probably pretty close to 100 years old and will last for another 100 years! Joel and his team are the best in customer service. They will bend over backward to try and find items difficult to find and believe me, I've asked many times throughout the years. “My husband and I updated our house this past winter. From painting, new floors, and furniture. We were not in the plans to but furniture at that time, as our old furniture was still in good condition but was too big and didn't match. So we set out to see if there was any deals. First we went to Durochers and I hated it. We weren't sure if we wanted fabric or leather. So we left. Our next stop was runyons as it was on the way to church that night. And they had huge deals for the end of year. There was a sectional I absolutely loved but it looked like fake leathe. Turns out it wast. We bought the whole set. The sectional, couch, lovesseat, coffee table, and rugs that were shown. It took time for everything to come as covid slowed down the process. But we knew this. The people helped us, spoke with us, and took time to measure and answer any questions. They talked to us about leather and fabric and which would be best for our family. The only thing I was not told was the money you can put towards your furniture for warrants. I wish they would have brought that up and we would of paid for it. We are just waiting on one piece of furniture. But now our house is comolete and came together very well. I again in the future will go to them first when I need to purchase a furniture.”

“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

“The current directions on Google maps is wrong - whomever the idiot that posted it, made it in the opposite direction - in Franklin, in an empty field, right next to nothing. The CORRECT directions (which I've updated, and hopefully Google actually posts) is in WHITELAND, which is heading towards Greenwood on US 31 - if you need precise directions, Google Advance Auto Parts in Whiteland, on US 31 for the correct directions (Dollar Tree is literally right next to it). Anyway, this is one of the nicest Dollar Tree stores I've been to.”
