“My brother and I had our mom in this facilty for 2.5 years and it was wonderful! The staff was very caring and professional, taking care of mom and making sure she had everything she needed. The dining room was well decorated and very clean, as was the entire building. The food was excellent and I even had some chicken quasadillas that I had to have a doggy bag to take back to the hotel because they gave me so much. Her room was huge and right across the hall from the dining area. They had plenty of activities for the residents to partake including music concerts every month. When mom passed earlier this year the staff was truly heartbroken, 3 even came to the funeral home to pay their respects. This meant a great deal to the family and proof that they live by example and not just words. We both highly recommend Botsford Commons to anyone who cares about where their elders will spend the remainder of their lives. This is truly a home.”

“I would have given 5 stars, but couldn't because the pharmacy area is quite a mess. Nothing organized and all refills are just sitting just behind the counter, unlocked and in the open. The hours are supposed to be 9am to 9pm through the week. Just called for a refill, and was told at 10:58am, that the pharmacy part don't open until 11am. I mean come on, just 2 minutes???? The plus is the great discounts on things, but the medications need to be out of the customers view, and behind a door.”
