“I started seeing Dr. Beena first at the beginning of covid. I was dealing with some pretty tough sleeping issues, anxiety and some weight gain I wanted to deal with. I have been interested in Ayurveda for many years and thru a friend found Dr. Beena. I immediately knew I was in a very special place just on my first visit. Within just a couple weeks I started to feel relief with my anxiety, my sleep was slowly improving and my digestion was much better, less bloating and overall feeling better and more energy!! I have consistently been doing the Rasayana Therapy (monthly shirodara, massage and steam and consultation). In my first year of seeing Dr. Beena I went thru the Panchakarma and had a wonderful result. I felt lighter, sleep much better and lost weight and my anxiety has been much lower. Ayurveda is a way of life for me now and I feel much more balanced and at peace in my life. My anxiety is much better and under control, when it pops up I have wonderful tools to feel better. My sleep has greatly improved and my life is overall happier and more fulfilling. I love Ayurveda and Dr. Beena and Be Ayurvedic so much I have completed the Fundamentals of Ayurveda course and presently enrolled the AHC course to continue my learning of Ayurveda.
