The common areas and gathering spaces were nicely decorated, exceptionally clean and very relaxing. The daily check-in process for visitors was efficient (sign in, visitor passes, temp check), and made clear that the health and safety of the residents was top priority. Most importantly, every staff member from admissions to social worker to nurses to rehab specialists were professional, knowledgeable, and kind!
