Katie his assistant provided me with reassurance and comfort. My dentist told me I would love Dr. Kasper (hard to believe when you are in pain) she was right. He was very understanding and made me feel that it was okay to be upset and nervous and he would do everything in his power to get me through the procedure with as little discomfort as possible. “Rite Aid Pharmacy at the New Haven, MI store is the absolute best. I will ONLY go there for my prescriptions. The pharmacists take the time to build a relationship with my family and that is very much appreciated. On a personal note, my son was out of state for hockey and had to go to the local hospital. The pharmacy at the Rite Aid was giving him a hard time filling his prescriptions so my husband called our Rite Aid store in New Haven and they were so helpful!! The pharmacist even offered to call the hospital. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!”

“Rita and Bianca have been such a joy to come to when getting my laser hair removal. They are so kind and hospitable and the atmosphere is very clean and tidy. I’ve been doing laser removal for a couple years now and I have been going to Rita ever since my very first treatment. She has made the first timer experience so comfortable and very informative. I have a low tolerance for pain but Rita’s new technology definitely makes me wanting to come back and eases my worries of coming back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to get their laser removal from! It’s a plus that her spa offers so much more services as well. I’ve brought many friends to Rita and they all love her! “I can't say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful they are. I got a fantastic wig that looks so real. The quality of my wig is much better than ones I tried at other shops. People are amazed when I tell them my hair isn't real. I was able to have it cut and styled to my liking. They even offered to color my wig. They gave me excellent tips on caring for the wig without selling me pricey products. I tried several other places but won't go anywhere else in the future. I can't say enough about how good they are at Front Room.”

“My visit to Quest was surprisingly quick and pleasant. I had read some not-too-fabulous reviews so I wasn’t expecting much but check-in for my appointment was quick on the kiosk and I was kept up-to-date on my status by the television screen where we could see how many people were waiting. There were three people in front of me but I only waited less than 15 minutes until I was called in. The woman that took my blood was very friendly and reviewed my insurance to make sure everything was covered. The whole thing only took 25 minutes. Highly recommend!”
