But when I went into home equipment and Whitney stuck her head around the computer, everything went so much easier. She took care of everything, and when she didn't think something was right, she was all over it. She took notes with everyone she called, so I knew everything that was happening. She dealt with the hospital and the doctor's offices. If you are needing help or just have questions, I totally seek her out. Hopefully she's still there because finding employee's that go the extra mile for you are really hard to keep.”

“Sunday at noon was a great time to go! We were able to walk right in! Employees were very kind and willing to explain the whole process to us, despite our many questions. Food was delicious and got to us quickly! The kids burgers were a little smaller than we expected but it wasn't a big deal. Our server was attentive and friendly and there were many willing hands to help deliver drinks quickly. Facility was very clean and maintained. Music was fun to listen to. We visited during the colder months and even at the bottom level, the area was well heated (though I would suggest a hat and/or jacket if you're prone to being easily chilled. Their seats are HEATED people! Soooo awesome! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The games were very fun to play even for those of us who are total beginners. They provide clubs for kids and adults. Both were in good shape as far as I could tell. The computer system is easy to navigate and pricing was fair.”

“I saw Tessa for PT when I was experiencing pain, low mobility, and tons of personal frustration. Tessa is amazing! She works on everything from the acute issue to long-term maintenance that I'm able to continue now, months after completing treatment with her. I've maintained our progress and I'm working on new personal goals that she helped me set. The rest of the staff is amazing. From Katie at the front desk, always so kind and personable (even at 7am, which I can't always say about myself) to Jen and Christine, the PT Assistants working Tessa's cases, everyone seemed to actually like their jobs and be happy to come to work every day. They cared about my medical progress, but also me as a person. I cannot recommend this place enough! I'm so, so happy my Dr sent me to this location.”
