I am in fairly good shape - walk daily and not overweight, but when you age, you absolutely need to do weights to maintain flexibility, bone density and strength. So, with the goal of putting my own suitcase in the overhead compartment on Delta, I sought out help from Anita at Bloomfield Fitness. Anita is outstanding! She is fastidious with maintaining good form, and she uses every minute of the hour of fitness training me. I know it will be a bit of time before I see results, but I am sticking with Anita and her incredible training! By the end of the year, I will be offering help to others with luggage in the overhead compartment, showing off my upper body strength!”

“Jeannette is an incredible trainer who will challenge you, and will absolutely be able to get you the results you want (as long as you commit). Every single physical goal I've set with Jeannette (weight, strength, measurements, shape, stamina), I've been able to achieve. She designs a different work out every time, incorporating exercises that you enjoy, and is happy to do indoor and outdoor workouts. She is very careful to avoid injury, regularly checking in on how a movement feels, as well as how I'm feeling the next work out, and can adjust or change the exercise to get the desired stimulus and avoid pain or risk of injury. She is an interesting and fun person to talk to, making the work out seem like you're also getting in some social time, and which can distract you from the pain and strain of those last few reps. I've been going to Jeannette for over a year, and am in the best shape of my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“My first experience was with my son and a fungus in his nail that canton foot and ankle stated was damaged toe nail, but I knew better. Got me in fast, very nice Doctor's, nice staff. Second was a hang nail, Had to go to Detroit, doctor was very nice, knowledgeable. I ended up getting my cut out nail infected, Detroit location seen me same day, waved the fee and the doctor was so respectful, nice and polite. I will never see another foot Doctor.”

“I have been going to this pharmacy in Michigan for over 5 yrs. They have never gave me any problems and always have gone the extra mile to make the prices of the medication more reasonable. Called my Dr immediately when needed to confirm certain information before being able to purchase and always had them ready before the time required. The cashiers always greet me every time I walk in and when I leave. I will continue to go here every time. Love it and the employees afe great. “Prescription is an expensive one and must be shipped in a cooler. 4 years of experience with Accredo and most has been positive. The issues I have had were normally because Accredo required additional information, or recertification of the prescription. I have come very close to running out of my prescription a few times as a result of this Dr./Pharmacy communication, but has always been resolved with a couple phone calls. After resolved, Accredo has always made sure the prescription got to me before I was totally out.”
