“I was honestly really surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have never had a negative customer service experience here. The only issue I've experienced is that their prices/coupons/computers/website can be really glitchy. You can order online for pickup and the system doesn't work well and will let you order things they don't even stock at a specific store. Their website quite often has lower prices but they are always happy to price match (to match their own website, I don't know if they match other stores, but they are usually the cheapest anyway). I know that this individual store is not responsible for the computer issues, that's a corporate level problem, so I hesitate to remove a star, but it does affect the shopping experience (especially checkout time...) If I were rating only things this specific store is responsible for, such as customer service, cleanliness, etc., I would give them 5 stars.”

Dr Jostoc is knowledgeable, caring, goes the extra mile to b sure his work is as near perfect as it can be. The staff are also awesome people. No shade, but Brian, you are the best. If u need a great dentist, you should visit Dr Jostoc on the corner of 17 & Ryan. You get what u pay for. “My Forever Smile in Troy is the best of the best. The staff is so loving and welcoming! Always greeting you, always have a smile and never once have done anything wrong. I just had my braces taken off and I can't stop smiling. I went to a different place before coming here and they wanted to charge me 4,500 for 4 years. I took my siblings advice (they also came here) and called them for an appointment. I was surprised by the price and put my braces on the same day! I had Dee work with me for 2 years and this lady is AMAZING!!! she is so loving, caring and most of all patient. I also had Merna work on me for little and she is hands down amazing. Everyone here is so positive and I recommend everyone to try this place out! Sad to say, after 2 years or so, my last visit was yesterday...”

“From the atmosphere, training/coaching and other members...this gym has become home. The quality of instruction while focusing on technique and safety allows for growth in your fitness journey. The positive energy and welcoming encouragement from others is unlike anything I've seen at a gym before. My perspective on fitness and CrossFit has become healthier, my mindset is stronger and strength has increased. I am forever grateful for this gym but also the people there. It truly feels like family. The coaches all have strong experience (and even degrees) in this field. They coach to improve and you can feel the difference in care. “I would have given 5 stars if I actually spoke with the Dr. The appointment was on time no excessive waiting, the people are helpful and friendly. For the first time ever I was examined by the NP who I have no issues with she reviewed the exam with the Dr. and released me. I have been seeing old school doctors who know me talk to me and exam me. I do not care for this new method of assembly line medicine. I am billed to see a MD not NP, hence I am not a fan of this business model.”

For all of the negative reviews below, please keep perspective that these are disgruntled patients. Although no one can please everyone, Dr. Purohit has satisfied and retained a majority of her patients over the 26 years she has practiced. As a healthcare professional, I have never seen any other equally has qualified, trained and caring physician.”

“Dr.Altman is nothing less than Awesome, Amazing and Exceptional.I am 70 years old and had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery on 9/7/22 at Surgeons Choice. The time and care he provided me was outstanding from my first office visit through my post opt appointment. He took the time to go over my test results leading up to the decision to proceed with surgery and explained everything to my understanding. Surgery day he was at my bedside answering any additional question I had and going over the procedure and anticipated outcome. My pain was effectively managed and I am healing nicely with only a small incision. Honestly I can’t say enough about Dr.Altman he’s the real deal and his parents should be proud of who he is.”
