Going into this, with my unique situation, I was already a little uncomfortable/nervous… Having a new doctor review your files and ask you questions, while you explain what’s going on, can sometimes feel kind of judgey!? But Doctor Mark Manteuffel eases all of that while figuring out the root of your problem to help fix you from the core! He really cares and takes pride in what he does and by helping others! Right off rip he was blunt with me in explaining what needed to be done ensuing preventative and follow-up care! Megan, Leah and Sarah at the front desk are so warm and welcoming! You feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. They are helpful and patient while helping you figure out your schedule, working around YOUR TIME, it’s nice!! Not only did my daughter love them but I ended up switching to them as well! My daughter is 12 now and we have been seeing Dr. Dana and her wonderful, caring, patient staff at Gentle Touch ever since. In fact my entire household fell in love with them! The staff is like family, they’ve gotten to know us over the years and personalized our care. I am comfortable allowing my daughter to be seen on her own now and more importantly, she’s completely comfortable having her cleanings and procedures done without a parent in the room.
