“This is a great facility with great staff. Workouts for everyone regardless of fitness level. Spin equipment is the latest and greatest and the spin classes are very good for anyone from the beginner to the experienced. Its a no pressure, go at your own pace, kind of a workout that is a very good aerobic/cardio challenge. Boot camps are always fun and effective but not intimidating. The staff is always interacting and encouraging those that are new but challenging those that are experienced. The workouts are always varied to help build strength and flexibility for every part of your body. IT IS AN EXCELLENT WORKOUT IN A "FEEL GOOD ATMOSPHERE" !!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE FROM A BEGINNER TO THE EXPERIENCED TO JOIN IN. IT IS TRULY A GREAT TIME!!”
