“I took a sculpt and glow class with Sarah. It was really great and she led the class really well. I got super sweaty so I definitely recommend bringing a towel because you will be sweating. The lady at the front desk was really sweet too! The only thing I didn’t really like or understand is that we couldn’t bring our phones into the yoga room. Just made me a little uncomfortable because every other place allows you to. It could be just them trying to promote a certain vibe. Other than that, I really enjoyed the class and might come back when I’m available but I probably wouldn’t get a membership because of the phone thing especially because I’m always at least 10 minutes early to class anyways.”

“Great gym! Great owner! Great equipment. The variety of equipment is surprisingly vast for the size of the gym. The owner is always looking to improve the gym as well. It almost always has fresh towels to clean the equipment as well as a surplus of cleaning spray to keep everything nice and sanitary. The sauna and red light sauna are great as well. Not to mention a good atmosphere.”

But since I found Meridian Rehab and Vasu the P.T, that had used his magic on my troubled areas. His assistant Kathy also helped a lot. They made me feel much better. Vasu's knowlege of the human physiology and anatomy is superb. He knew where and how much pressure to apply, vas careful not to hurt me, but to eliminate the discomfort I was having in that area. Sometimes it took few visits but it always helped. I even introduced my husband to Vasu, so he could help to ease my husband's back pain. My husband did not believe that physical therapy would do any good for his back. But Vasu changed that. He made a believer out of my husband. Now my husband knows, and believes in the benefits of physical therapy. Vasu with the help of his knowledge and his assistant Kathy helped to elminate most of my husband's back pain. He also thought my husband few exercises to maintain his back almost pain free. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone who is experiencing muscle pain, weakness or any motion problems.”

Everyone I've seen has been courteous and the treatment has been effective. I would like to see more play-based therapy for children, but the family therapy we receive is good parent support. They were great from the get go and or son says it's the best dentist ever. The staff is amazing and the office is set up in a way that makes it enjoyable for children. I do have 1 small complaint, they don't accept dental insurance directly so you have to pay out of your pocket and wait for your insurance company to reimburse you.”
