“Chris at Midwest was one of three contractors we reached out to after we discovered water damage in our basement. A claim was filed with our insurance company. With his help the estimate got thru our insurance company in one day. Again with his help we were approved for more monies than approved by the insurance adjuster. Once started, over the course of the project we had his electrician show up, demo team, cabinet man, granite contractor, flooring people, painters. and content movers and the project was completed on time. No project over runs do to his errors only upgrades my wife and i chose to pursue Everything went seamlessly and if there was an unforeseen activity it was addressed expeditiously.
