They’re so polite and helpful, and honestly because of these two exceptional women, I’m going to stay with this Staples for my printing needs. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”. I’m notoriously late in picking up my order, but they always keep it set aside for me… if you need to do anything with regard s to printing, I highly recommend this staples, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least.
