“Boss has done the following work for us: Shop furnace, 22 BTU generator, hot water heater, re-plumbed almost the whole house, roughed out for future bathroom They are working on putting in: gas fireplace insert, and mitsubishi air conditioning unit, washing machine over flow protection tray. Sarge and Jerry (and the whole crew) show up on time (even a little early), work a full day (which I have found to be very rare with other workers on our house), do what they say (and change it without drama if you tell them it's wrong or not what you wanted), everything works when they're done or they don't leave. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!”

“I called Cooper Carlson hearing and air yesterday (Thursday) and asked them for an appointment to get my central air fixed. And I'm so glad I did!! From first contact the woman that answered the phone was kind, professional and made it seem as if she was very happy to help. She quickly scheduled a time for 8 am the very next day. The repairman arrived right on time and was just as kind and professional. As I was holding a flashlight for John the technician, I told him how excited I was to be getting it fixed due too my daughters asma. The part needed was in their Elkhart Indiana location. About 35 miles from me. I believe that because of my daughters condition, John drove there himself instead of having it sent so that it could be fixed right away. THAT IS HOW YOU HANDLE CUSTOMERS!! And that is how you keep customers! Great job Cooper Carlson!! I'd give more than five stars if it were an option!!”

“After some issues with a different service company, I called Burkett. The dispatch/call person was great, scheduled the appointment for me and had someone out in a reasonable amount of time. Turned out there were no real issues with the system (though the other service company said there were), just needed to adjust a couple things (and I needed to learn a couple things about the system). All in total the service rep was excellent, answered all my questions, educated me on some aspects that were unclear and I was up and running in 15 minutes. GREAT experience. Thank you!!!”
