“Hagopian services recently went above and beyond in servicing my rug. I had purchased a rug at another store that needed to be shortened. The only option at that store would have created a cheap looking finish using a machine. Ahmed Zamzam from Hagopian hand cut and sewed the edges so that it closely resembled the original. He restarted the process three different times to achieve the excellent results that I have. I was so pleased to be able to keep the rug I really liked at the size I needed all at a reasonable price. I have a washer and dryer of my own but when I'm doing big loads blankets or a bunch of sheets stuff like that I will go to the laundromat. I hadn't been here in probably over 2 years because the last time I was in there that place was not nice!! A new owner took over about a year and a half ago I believe. He has updated and gotten new washers and dryers, he is in the process of updating and putting in more new washers. There are plenty of washers and dryers for all and will it be even more when he gets the rest of the new washers in. Please give this man your business because he is putting a lot of time, effort and money into making it a laundromat that you want to go to. I will go back when I have bigger projects that need to be washed and dried.”
