“Before the move, I spoke with Zac and he walked me through just how much everything would likely cost. He requested pics of items I wanted moved and advised me of the costs ahead of time so that there would be few surprises. My movers, Jim and Paul, were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly but not overly so. They got the job done in the exact amount of time as the estimate made weeks in advance. I had over 40 boxes, some 15 HUGE garment bags, two tables, two office chairs, two TVs, and moved to another city 45 mins away in 2 hours and 15 mins. We didn’t go one minute over the estimate! I never thought two people could move me - I’d accumulated almost 20 yrs of stuff and they carried them all with care and swiftly. We communicated quite well before and during the move and I was moved so well that it surprised me. I love Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage - they made a believer out of me. “Current company driver. The owner Leander is a top notch individual. We have 12 trucks and 12 conastoga trailers. I've been with him for a year. Not knowing anything about flatbed securement let alone what a conastoga was, he took a chance on me. Put me in a brand new truck and brand new trailer. When I say brand new, I mean I only had 295 miles on the truck and 0 miles on the trailer. I've never worked for a guy like him that actually cares about his people. He spoils his drivers and thats no joke. Russ Martin is one our dispatchers and easy to work for also. Leann Martin is another one of our dispatchers. We have a very well oiled machine for how small of a company we are. Most of the drivers here have been with him for a while. So if you're looking for a conastoga trailer or place to call home, give us a shot!!! I can say you will get treated like a family member. My truck and trailer are in the picture”

“I highly recommend this storage facility in Ann Arbor. It is clean and it’s easy to access the storage units once inside the building. Lauren was so helpful and answered all the questions I had (there were many!). My daughter is a student at Michigan and we stored her clothes, bedding and miscellaneous items over the summer. Everything was in great condition when we picked up her stuff this week. We will definitely use this place again if we ever need to store anything.”
