“It was my first time ever doing physical therapy in my life. Originally I had a doctor’s for another place, but wanted to go somewhere else that was referred via word-of-mouth (needs to be good and reliable- it’s the body we’re dealing with). I wanted people who would listen and be careful. I went in for stiff neck and muscle strain in my left arm. This has been a really good experience vexing my first time ever in physical therapy. Justin, Alyssa and the team are very good with keeping it professional but comfortable. They have relationships with everyone that comes in which I like, it makes it personal. They truly care. Down to earth, kind and respectful. Very encouraging and always worked with my schedule. They will listen and try to find what works best for you in the rehab process. You will look forward to seeing Alyssa- she is an awesome receptionist. They are trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend.”
