The intake process was incredibly thorough and focused on my injury and needs and the therapist is skilled, intuitive and kind. I felt as if the treatment plan was designed just for me, not one they copy/pasted. The treatment is detailed, rigorous and creative (one exercise has me using my toes to pick up marbles. They helped me greatly every time--once to recover from a major operation on my shoulder, and twice for low back pain, including autumn of this year. The physical therapy on my shoulder allowed me to regain full range of motion in my right arm, and the help with my back eased the pain and has enabled me to be more active. This is a small practice, very personable and caring. The owner/director (Charu Vinaik, PT) is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled, and her excellent staff is kind and caring. They work very well with both the old like me and the young, and speak multiple languages. I have been to other physical therapy facilities where I felt bullied, unheard, or just a number.
