“The previous reviewer has referenced an "agent" so, their review shouldn't reflect on the entire agency. However, my experience was excellent! I had listed a house in Livonia with the owner Robert Cuffe of Remerica Integrity and was very pleased with the effort that was made to get it sold. The house was being sold "as is" as it was outdated (paint, carpet, kitchen, bath). We had an offer, but an overzealous Home Inspector that the buyers father had hired, didn't know his trade that well and put a scare into the young couple. Luckily, a second offer came in the next day and Robert was sure to disclose the small problem with the other agent so, the closing took place a week later. The first couple that got scared off had made another attempt to buy it, but they were 2 days late. I will use them again in the future as well a highly recommend them.”

“My wife and I moved here last year from Spain and her company rented a temporary apartment at the second phase over cherry hill for us. We liked the layout of the apartment, the high ceilings and we loved the location. You are close to almost everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, freeway or even a really nice trail to walk/run/ride your bike!). So after the temporary stay in the rented unit we decided to move to another unit in the first phase (near the office). The maintenance has been quick and professional so far and we’ve extender our lease for another year! Management is nice and they have alway been very reactive when we’ve needed them. They organize food trucks during the summer and some holiday activities for the kids (we don’t any have but still it’s nice!). The thing I believe needs an upgrade is the equipment at the gym. The thread mill won’t start after someone has used it for about 30 min and you have to wait 10-15 for it to cool down. Also the multi purpose workout bench could be renovated.
