I have had excellent maintenance service over the four years. They are the only reason I continue to renew my lease. These guys are quick to answer, polite, and genuinely care if you need anything. Most recently, I have been working with Jared. What a fantastic employee, and as a manager, I would be excited to have him on my team. “Main Points: Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, friendly residents, dog park, many doggy poop stations. Hands down the best rental complex I have lived in. I have rented properties 11 times in the last 13 years, I feel I have a wide range to judge upon- this is the best I have stayed at. This property is big enough for privacy and small enough that you don't have to weave through for 10 minutes to get to your place. Every unit has a garage and driveway so the public spots for guests isn't a battle to get one. When we moved in I was impressed with how clean and fresh the unit was- including walls and carpet. It is on the more expensive side of what I have rented but I can tell the money is not wasted. They take pride in their property and it shows. I finally settled down and bought a home, but if I find myself needing to rent again, it will most definitely be a Redwood property.”

David worked with me for over an hour going over different items and different ways of managing my service to get me the absolute best deals possible. He was very competent and friendly. He even noticed in my account that I had the older model wifi router and got me set up with the most recent model. (I am quite happy with T-mobile wifi by the way). John was also helpful as I had a few questions that required a little extra effort to find out the answers. I was grateful no one was in line behind me but I have no doubt even if there had been that David would have still given the same time and effort without making me feel rushed.
