“I like it. Everything you need to live properly. It’s a place for people who are slightly below average. People are nice, the area doesn’t look too bad. The “Gym” though, is garbage. It has one treadmill, one bench press thing, one hiking machine, and one biking machine. There aren’t even dumbbells or weights. Pool is good, but it’s closed for spring and winter. And fall. There’s lots of train noise here, but it’s not always. You can get a good nights sleep.”

The pool just opened and I spent a couple hours there on the holiday and it was a absolute treat. The grounds are so pretty to stroll around. There's water features and nature . The few people I have encountered have all been sweet too. I find myself having to pinch myself that I'm calling this home. Oh, and did I mention you get an attached garage with your unit too? And the leasing office has the most helpful and nice crew. James was so patient with me during my signing process and Jay is the nicest and most respectful maintenance man I've ever had the pleasure of maintaining my apartment. “Overall, it’s been fairly positive here. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and tennis courts. The apartment layouts are pretty nice and each one has an outdoor space. I like the unique design of the apartments themselves. Maintenance is usually responsive when there’s a big problem. Our neighbors have been pretty nice too, and most people are good about picking up after their dogs. I like that the staff is on site and open to walk-in or phone call concerns. I’ve lived in another complex where you couldn’t even go inside the clubhouse or get anyone on the phone. On the downside, I think the price increases in rent are very unfair without any actual updates, but that’s happening everywhere… The parking situation is atrocious - not enough spots for the buildings and a covered spot is not included in the price. Expect to park on the street at least a few times per week, because the parking lot is constantly full.”
