“Called because my hot tub kept getting cloudy after every use. I thought I needed new filters (even though ours were only 2 months old). Turns out the filters were not the problem. I appreciate that he was honest and did not sell me the filters that I did not need. He was able to diagnose the actual issue over the phone and offered to come out that same day to fix up our tub! He explained everything he was doing and showed us how to maintain our tub going forward which was incredibly helpful. The outstanding customer service is very much appreciated!
