“Update: Zach, from this company called and personally apologized to me and refunded my full amount! He was so ki d and understanding! He did not try to blame me or anything he took complete ownership which is so awesome!! It was really nice they offered free first month but when I canceled I was given no directions on how to progress. When I signed up I was told to keep it locked until canceling even if it's empty "because often people do and put funny things in open units, which will then become my responsibility" (which is what I did) I continued not to get any direction of what to do to get my units canceled. So I went in and was told I owe a whole other month's rent because the locks were still on the doors. I was then told I never tried to cancel which is not true. Then when he finally found the phone call record. I was told we discussed it when we spoke on the phone. Um well you didn't even remember we had a call let alone what we discussed. Basically he told me I either pay or he'll send me to collections instead of trying to explain or taking any responsibility at all. Then told me he was sorry for the confusion. Um yea I'm sure considering you gained $170 from it.”

Whether on the phone or in person, every interaction I have with staff is a pleasant, positive one. Any time I have an emergency or feel stressed about my pup, they answer my questions on the phone and squeeze us in for an appointment if need be. The quality of care we receive is top notch. I know he is always in good hands. I also appreciate that they don't run expensive tests just to charge us more money. They are very honest with what tests or procedures they advise.
