“We are thrilled about the change of care for our pet. The new facility is conveniently located near our home and has a welcoming, clean, and friendly environment. Above all, the staff at Arbor Hills Animal Clinic is highly professional and caring. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, we highly recommend visiting and speaking to the staff to see if it is a good fit for you and your pet. We recently adopted a 5-month-old puppy and don't know much about her background. When she first came to us, she was very wary and especially reacted negatively toward my husband, perhaps due to abuse by her previous foster family. However, she has now settled down and accepted us as her pack. She even loves going on long walks with my husband. Our dog is also wonderful with our grandchildren, allowing the 1-year-old to take toys and food from her without hesitation. We appreciate the gentle approach of the staff during our dog's first visit. The doctor and technician took their time to get to know our dog by getting on the floor, talking to her, and giving her treats. Their approach was aimed at getting our dog to trust and enjoy going to the vet. We really appreciate their patience and approach because we want our dog to have a positive experience at the vet. “Our 10 year old German Shepherd Liberty was battling intestinal cancer in the late stages for over a week. Late Sunday night she started rapidly declining and by 2am we called this emergency hospital for euthanasia. We have never been to this hospital before but we were desperate for help asap. The staff was extremely compassionate, and worked with us quickly because it was so urgent. Grace met us at the desk and Kelly the technician processed everything very quickly. The vet Dr. Emily was incredibly compassionate to our situation and she did everything she could to make the process as painless as possible for all of us. Thank you so much to all of you for helping us through a terrible time. We are also very grateful to have the beautiful paw prints of our sweet Liberty.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones, Dr. Kari, Sam, and all of the staff at Vet Select Novi! My dog is dog reactive and selective about being handled. They helped me be sure the lobby would be clear so we could go to and leave the exam room without issue. They sat with my dog and fed her treats and made her comfortable before her exam. They supported our choice to muzzle for appointments without assuming my dog is bad or aggressive. When I called in a few weeks ago about some minor symptoms in my dog, the admin staff were very helpful about letting me know at what point to make an appointment. My dog recovered on her own and Vet Select called the next day to follow up. Most impactful of all, they were very thorough in all of their explanations of medicine costs, vaccine options, and training resources in the area. At each appointment so far, the doctors, vet techs, and admin staff have taken the time to build a relationship with my dog as well as my partner and I. I absolutely recommend Vet Select Novi!”

“Michalina (maybe missed spelled) was absolutely amazing. Well they all were. Thoroughly explained what was gonna happen before, during, after. Cinnamon had her very first piece of chocolate. They had the room set up for us and lots of different treats to spoil her on this day. She and Reese's mini, some peanut butter, cheese spray , and some mini dog bones. She was soaking it up too. But This visit was unfortunately our Furbaby last visit. The amazing employees helped us send off our Cinnamon to the Rainbow Bridge. “We recently had to put down our beloved 16 year old dog, Cooper, after a brief illness. This was a very difficult decision, but once made, OVRS was our choice. While not our regular veterinary practice, we have relied on them in the past for emergency care. Their staff was extremely sympathetic to our situation and since I called ahead they were ready for us. Upon arrival we were escorted to a room immediately so we didn’t have to wait in public. Once my dog was prepped, we were able to spend as much time as we needed. The nurses and physicians were kind, caring, empathetic, supportive, and professional. Dr Bula explained the process, and when it was time, she handled things perfectly. It was quick, painless, and we held him as he slipped away. We had done the paperwork and payment in advance (the pricing and fees/options were explained clearly) so when we were done we were able to leave though a back door. While this was one of the worst days of our lives, OVRS and their team really took care of us and our fur baby and we can’t thank them enough. If you need emergency/specialized/surgical/euthanasia care, I highly recommend them.”
