“Thank you for your reply Dr. Dyer. It did help me understand things better. I have revised my review. The reminder and notification problem is understandable. The medication issue could have been a communication confusion/error with it being over the phone. I have used it on other dogs in the past. Was just unexpected at the time. Everyone in the office has always been kind, friendly, professional and accommodating to us and our animals over the past years. It was never anything against Dr. Richards. I like her especially after she did so much for our sweet boy who died of cancer a few years ago. Will definitely keep bringing our animals for care.”

“We are very pleased with the care our 10 year old golden retriever received during his recent surgery. Since he's older, we were nervous about putting him through anesthesia but he is recovering beautifully! Dr. Lucas and Griffith's staff took wonderful care of him. We were sent a detailed invoice ahead of time and a staff member asked if we had any questions about it before consenting to surgery. It was really nice to know what to expect ahead of time and I feel that the charges were very reasonable.”

“The ladies here are truly the best (and Nudge, too!). Everyone is so caring, they take time with you and most importantly they are gentle and understanding with your pets. Love them! Update: Just wanted to say my poor boy had to have his tail amputated due to really bad happy tail. The few weeks prior to surgery he was absolutely in agony. They scheduled him quick for surgery, took great care of him, and the day he got his tail amputated he was immediately in so much relief! 4.5 years with the same tail and I think Cletus is not only feeling better but enjoying his new look!”

“I was skeptical at first about bringing our cat to a one vet clinic that had no website. My daughter is a vet, so we were used to the best service. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the clinic to see how calm the place was. You definitely have to like cats because there are about 10 roaming around. The staff was very friendly. Our cat is normally afraid of everyone. Dr Karla came in and picked him right up. I'm sure he could tell she was a cat person because he didn't hiss or try to run away. I highly recommend this place for your feline pets.”

They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and were more than happy to be upfront about estimates and service costs. Due to the virus, owners aren't allowed in during the exams or treatment currently which was admittedly hard, but I felt I could trust them with my beloved pet. My poor kitty had terribly impacted glands and the Dr. expressed them for us, I know it's probably not their favorite procedure but my girl seemed so much more comfortable after treatment and she is recovering well now. “I love the staff at Cahill. They have been great through my elderly cat's recent illness. It's been three weeks of sick kitty, vet visits (including 2 nights at the E-vet), and roller coasters of emotions for me. The reception staff is fabulous. They will either get you an answer immediately, call you back, or have the doc call. The techs are so very kind. The docs truly care and are very kind as well. Yes, it's expensive. Yes, you have to wait a really long time to be seen sometimes. (Show me a good vet that doesn't have those negatives... ) But totally worth it for the care we get! Kina is SO much better today!
