The lessons were engaging, yet challenging, and he gave me control over what types of songs to learn. Not your average stuffy, boring instruction. I enjoyed when we would play songs together, too. As clear as the instructions were, what wasn't clear, (or I didn't clearly understand), was that the information was to be entered as "proper". (Not all upper or lower case.) I called the number on the letter, someone answered within a few rings and in under 90 seconds, I was in my account! Their claim to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is legitimate!”
