I entered the building and everyone I encountered acknowledged me, made eye contact and ensured that I was a welcomed guest. What a phenomenal culture they have created - I returned to the soccer field and let every one of our parents know what I had witnessed. This is also the only place (that I know of) that has a air dryer and separate triple foam conditioner.
