I want to thank Kate Lake and the entire staff of Brookdale Eisenhower for offering such an engaging opportunity for their residents and for us! I found the staff to be very engaged with the residents and they took their time to meet each one where they were at that moment. It was so touching to see them slow down and not rush as they interacted. So often in today’s crazy times we seem to forget the most important parts of basic human interaction. That was not the case as I observed the staff caring for and about the residents at Brookdale Eisenhower. If you are looking for a new place for a loved one with memory care issues I honestly cannot recommend this facility high enough ! Five stars all around!”
