My experience has always been a good one , however my experience has gotten greater and better the past year , after they hired a new guy Nash , I mean he is super cool , very good with me and all the customers , always smiling and being polite with the customers myself included . He has trained other guys who turned out to be cool and good employees, when I mean cool I mean they are real people , they don’t pretend to be genuine , but they are and he is himself , as a continuing customer he is always getting lots of thanks , smiles and appreciation. That’s what anyone wants from customer service . Not pretending to be nice , but being nice and funny and good with the customers cause that’s who he is . I may have become a customer and friend with everyone there , however my true appreciation is with and to Nash . I have absolutely everything good to say about him , and not one thing less of a 10 In customer service and care ! He has been a real help to me in all ways , going above and beyond his means always . And like I said it , he does it for everyone . “My late father lived at Ahava for over 3 years. The residents are treated with respect and dignity. The caregivers have been fantastic. The facility is clean and homey. Claude and Daniela truly care for each and every resident and their families. Covid made this last year a challenge but they did their best to keep us in touch with our loved one. I cannot recommend them enough. Now that my dad has passed we will truly miss the interactions with the family that we have come to know.”

“I have multiple units across metro Detroit and i find this facility one of the better ones. The units have insulation on the ceiling. some have power. The rates are very reasonable , especially for ann arbor. I find the other reviews some what ignorant and have bad expectations when using a storage "shed". rodents and animals are everywhere and its up to you to protect your stuff. No matter what they will try to get in. No storage place is rodent proof. This place and other places have traps but it doesnt get them all. Realize if you want it to be perfect you need to take precautions and double box and wrap valuables to protect them. The team here has always been nice to me and very helpful with my specific needs. “This place is like one of those little hidden gems that you hear about from time to time that’s hiding in a small town and only the locals know about. The best chiropractor ever!! After a terrible accident back in 2015 (fallen 4 stories from elevator shaft) I’m facing sciatica nerve issues and neck issue. Dr. Gable is the only doctor I trust. He knows exactly where to press and what to adjust and brings a sense of confidences to the table!! God is working wonders through this man’s hands!! His staff is super friendly and make you feel like family the moment you walk in! Can’t imagine going anywhere else!!”
