“Just returned to Paul's Automotive for multiple new issues with our vehicle. Paul provided a timely and fair estimate. I provided the authorization to go ahead with repairs. I was grateful to receive a call that the vehicle was completed early and that the final bill came in under the estimated price, even after he had found a 3rd item wrong with the vehicle. Paul also noted that our vehicle needed a battery and suggested I get one very soon. Paul could have tried to sell me a battery, but he knew instead that I had some mechanical abilities and advised I could save some money if I replaced it myself - appreciate the honesty. It has been over 2 weeks since our last visit and all repairs continue to be perfect. This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Paul this year and every time we are more than pleased with the service received. Highly recommend!”

And, also very important, he was kind. The lady on the phone when I called to make the appointment was also top notch. I found the price to be quite reasonable and will be sticking with this company for all my electrical needs. I put off fixing my problem for over a year. It feels good knowing who to call now. Thanks again. UPDATE: We decided to make major upgrades to the house and called ITW again for a much bigger job. JT upgraded our box, installed a second one, added heaters to the basement and did all the electric work for that as well as adding an outdoor outlet. JT kept us in the loop every step of the way and he and his team were very professional and friendly. They take pride in their work and it really shows! Thanks again!”

“This is a nice little park. It's kept up pretty well and it's a nice escape from the city. When everything is in full growth, you can't see the road or surrounding buildings. It also has some interesting (marked) native plants and the trails run out to Dicken School, Maple Road and a nearby neighborhood. I give four starts because it is quite small (you can circle the whole thing in under 10 mins), and you can still hear all the city/highway traffic. Overall, a nice place to walk your dog or enjoy some scenery without having to go too far out of your way.”

“Dr. LeVasseur did a replacement of my fillings in about 45 minutes! and it didn't even feel that long with his conversation and explanation of everything he did. When I asked questions after the filling he answered with no hesitation. My tooth enamel is worn down due to medication and he and his staff have NEVER made me feel ashamed of it. He is open about how long things take to heal and how long things may stay sensitive! Personally, I am someone who takes a long time for sensitivity to heal, and what do you know, just as he said, once the 6th-ish month came around, my fillings were absolutely pain free!! (Aside from very little cold sensitivity but that's just to be expected for me personally.) Once I even had a filling that was just a little too tall/overflowed? I'm not sure exactly how to describe it--Either way, he filed it down for no cost!”
