“I went in with my sick son right before closing. The doctor and MAs were absolutely wonderful. The doctor was very caring, patient and took her time with my son. She listened to all of my concerns and immediately came up with a care plan for my little one. As a worried mother she was very reassuring that he would be ok. I'm so happy I went here because they truly take care of their patients. The MAs and doctor worked so well as a team and were extremely friendly and understanding giving that it was way past closing time. I'm truly thankful there are some compassionate healthcare workers out there with hearts like theirs. If I ever had to go back to any urgent cares without a doubt it would be there. If I could rate more than five stars I would! Completely satisfied and blow away with the care my son received tonight. Thank you so much to this team of wonderful Ladies!”

Students have more options for getting an academic challenge. An increasing number of American high schools offer the International Baccalaureate program like Huron. It offers a rigorous set of courses, and is internationally recognized. Only 830 schools in the U.S. offer the IB program, and 4,000 in close to 150 countries. Unlike AP courses, IB takes a more holistic approach with critical thinking and out of class requirements. It has students look at an issue over time and see how it has impact over parts of the world and how there is that connectivity to it all. It really gets children ready for the world. Also more college credit can be given for IB courses. I am glad my children are challenged in all subject areas at Huron. Also what’s greater than going to school right next to U of M?!”
