The staff at AFS are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They give you individual attention in a group setting, which is great. I also love the community at AFS. There are a range of ages from teenagers to geriatric as well as a range of fitness levels and body types. There is NOTHING competitive about it, so I can always feel comfortable working to my own level and ability. The facilities are always clean, smell fresh, and the equipment is in excellent working order. There are enough different offers from personalized weight lifting to aerobic fitness to keep it interesting. I can not recommend this place high enough.”

“Went here for the first time and ordered a large pizza with chicken, feta and spinach, as well as the cinnamon bread. It was still very warm and fresh when I arrived. It was flavorful and perfectly full of each topping. Only suggestion would be to add more sauce on the pizza next time, or ask for extra sauce when ordering. Other than that my husband and I very much enjoyed it!”

“I started seeing Dr. Beena first at the beginning of covid. I was dealing with some pretty tough sleeping issues, anxiety and some weight gain I wanted to deal with. I have been interested in Ayurveda for many years and thru a friend found Dr. Beena. I immediately knew I was in a very special place just on my first visit. Within just a couple weeks I started to feel relief with my anxiety, my sleep was slowly improving and my digestion was much better, less bloating and overall feeling better and more energy!! I have consistently been doing the Rasayana Therapy (monthly shirodara, massage and steam and consultation). In my first year of seeing Dr. Beena I went thru the Panchakarma and had a wonderful result. I felt lighter, sleep much better and lost weight and my anxiety has been much lower. Ayurveda is a way of life for me now and I feel much more balanced and at peace in my life. My anxiety is much better and under control, when it pops up I have wonderful tools to feel better. My sleep has greatly improved and my life is overall happier and more fulfilling. I love Ayurveda and Dr. Beena and Be Ayurvedic so much I have completed the Fundamentals of Ayurveda course and presently enrolled the AHC course to continue my learning of Ayurveda. I love sharing all the benefits of Ayurveda with my husband and family and friends and I am so grateful to have found Be Ayurvedic.
