“Surprisingly good. I am not from here, just in town for two days, and decided to check it out. Didn't expect much from a place in a strip mall in Warren Michigan but the food was surprisingly good. Perfect amount of garlic, quick service, and very reasonably priced. Only knocks: no crab fork, no deeper bowl to empty the steam bag into, and the shrimp needs to be cleaned a bit better. But overall, well worth the money.”

“My husband and I came to Puro when he was at his lowest. His A1C was 16%. He had dropped down to 115 pounds. He was in constant pain and hopeless. His medical providers told him that the only thing that would help was insulin. That wasn’t an option for him because of the derivative of insulin. I found Puro after praying and reading the back of the wellness magazines in the health food store. They had a dinner lecture I went and was drawn to the discussion. I signed up for a meeting. Dr Sullivan was very transparent and told us that it would take at least a year of commitment to resolve the diabetes. I saw naturopaths and holistic providers in the past so I already knew the work that had to be put in and the cost associated for this type of service. Needless to say we committed. We commuted from Grosse pointe to Ann Arbor twice a week for a year. We committed to the program and I am thankful to report that his diabetes has resolved and he hasn’t been in pain since. That was in 2017, 4 years later and still going strong. Thank God! The money we spent was an investment in his health that will last for generations. We haven’t had to pay for medications, hospitalizations or doctors visits I’m the past 4 years. Now his blood pressure is high and we plan to return to the naturopath route in order to get that under control.”

We took a walk down the nature trails and seen amazing wildlife not to mention the beautiful Clinton River. Inside the nature center there is a plethora of different animals and even a giant fish tank with a variety of local fish we have in our lakes not to mention the little scavenger hunt they have and the amazing options they have to celebrate your birthday here be sure not to miss us. “What a gem of a find we came across with this shop. The outside front is a bit deceiving as we thought it to be pretty small and that we'd be done in no time. How wrong we were!! The store is a lot longer than expected, there is a basement and a huge building next door all loaded with stuff just packed to the rim to look at. There is a lot so you need to take your time as not to miss the perfect find. Friendly owner, reasonably priced items, and some great deals too. We will be returning, hopefully with some friends too.”

“Dr. Khan was wonderful. I have a lot of chronic pain issues, and it was so refreshing that she listened to me and believed me. A lot of doctors tell me I'm too young to have so many issues. I brought along my medical records and surgical reports documenting my pain issues/diagnoses, so I think that helped too. She asked a lot of questions, which can be overwhelming, but I'd rather have that than her to see me for two minutes and then just leave. She also took blood tests just to make sure everything is as it should be. I highly recommend her!”
